Dunkin Nutrition Guide: Calories, Sugar & Caffeine
Use Dunkin’s official nutrition guide to find the serving size, calories and nutrients for the exact food or drink you want. Match the item, size and recipe before comparing numbers.
Read the entry in the right order
| Step | What to match | Why it matters |
|---|---|---|
| 1 | Hot, iced or frozen version | A flavor may appear in multiple recipes |
| 2 | Small, medium or large | Nutrition entries are specific to the serving size |
| 3 | Milk, bread or default build | The named item may have more than one entry |
| 4 | Syrups, foam and other changes | Published base values may not include your custom additions |
Calories, sugars and caffeine answer different questions
Calories tell you the energy for the listed serving. Total sugars are a separate line. Check the brand’s caffeine information when comparing two coffee or tea builds, especially when the sizes differ. For sandwiches, sodium and serving size may be more informative than the item name.
Estimating a meal
Look up each component and add the values for your actual quantities. Use the calorie calculator to pick a drink, food item and optional side from the published recipes. Look for your exact build if you add a modifier. If the brand publishes a value for the complete build, use that figure without counting the additions again.
Common questions
Where should I look for milk, wheat or soy?
Use the official allergen and ingredient documents. The nutrition table answers a different question.
